how do you get more links under your website in a google search like css tricks?

bit of a strange question but i couldn’t think how to explain it in one line…

if you google css tricks… this website will come up, and then underneath it, there are links like videos, snippets, downloads etc… so instead of having the web url and a short description, it has it’s own little menu where you can go directly to a certain page!

this is really cool and would like to know how this is done please?

Once you have it I think you can sort of control it somehow from within Google Webmaster Tools (don’t quote me on that)
