    Hii , I want to make the effect that “Chris Coyier” do in the site CSS-Tricks
    under The title ” Services I Like ” . i want to do the hovering state and able to work in IE6,IE7 USING CSS ONLY;

    Then your out of luck.
    Don’t worry about IE6 and IE7

    Short answer, you cannot make it work in any version of IE or Firefox for that matter.

    They are Webkit 3D Transforms that will only work in Webkit Browsers such as Safari

    ok , then how it work in IE7 in “chris” site ? jquery or what ?
