    Hi!

I’ve been working in a website and I can’t figure how to vertically center a search box inside a nav.

I’ve tried to simplify the code and share it on Codepen but wasn’t able. Here‘s a picture of how it looks.

    Please forgive my poor English.

This is the Codepen I tried making. Properties are the same as in the example – but it doesn’t work :-(.

Thanks, but I want to center it vertically inside the nav. Here‘s a picture of how it looks now and This is how I would want it: centered in the vertical axis.

It is vertically centered in the nav in my Codepen.

I’m wondering is you mean horizontally centered [middle of page]…although it’s not shown centered in your example image.
