    Hi,

I am trying to style my breadcrumbs and so far have been able to work the css as desired. But the :first-of-type selector isn’t working at all.

I have created a fiddle demo here for your ready reference http://jsfiddle.net/Lh4aq796/4/

See, the last two styles with this selector aren’t working as intended. I have read a lot about this selector but still can’t fix the issue. Please help me with finding a solution.

Update: The intended output is like http://jsfiddle.net/Lh4aq796/

@chrisburton Nope. The first element shouldn’t have preceding tail. Like here http://jsfiddle.net/Lh4aq796/
