    This is the site I am working on

    I would like to exlude certain categories from this page but I don’t understand how to do this. Before WP 3.0 we could use the exclude function but I don’t see anywhere in the codex for a replacement.

    This are the categories I want to exclude.

    Cabochons
    Rock Slabs
    Bracelets
    Earrings
    Jewelry Sets
    Rocks.

    Also as you can see my sidebar is way on the bottom. I’ve never had this happen while using the twenyten theme. It looks fine on all the other pages just not the Index.php page.
