    I read this article about nth_child and its pretty interesting but the thing confused me is that the person who wrote that article says;

    One saving grace here is that if you are using jQuery, which supports all CSS selector including :nth-child, the selector will work, even in Internet Explorer.

    As soon as I read this sentence a question mark appeared in my head, If we use jQuery all IE versions can understand every CSS code we write ? or is there any solution for browser capability so we can do it and our website can appear same in every browser ?..

    If not it should be, I mean it`s really frustrating. Plus browser difference most of the time OS differences effects out page too.
