Documentation for clients

Hey everyone, im just about finished a project for a client and i need to make sure ive got all the correct documentation done.

does anyone have a list or know a good resource about all the documentation you should hand over to a client ?
(e.g. test plans and results, Asset list, etc)

The only thing i consider interesting is a manual how to use the site /cms / webstats. All the other documentation (uml, flowcharts) is more for the developer anyway.

And since the project is already done these docs are not very interesting for the client anymore.
