    has anyone seen an design screencasts around? such as colors positioning and all that when making a web page?

    im picking up code quite well but i really do suck at design

    Well they aren’t screencasts for design, but if you need inspiration or need to think of a good way to get something to look, http://patterntap.com/collections/ is probably one of the best sources, at least that I know of.
