    hi there

    I am currently in the process of building a portfolio website and would like to show certain skill levels within a circle.
    So for example you have html in a circle and once you hover over another bar/circle appears around that with the percentage of skill.

    Oh btw, I hope you don’t have any skills below 50%. Otherwise you need to switch from 180-degree-parts to 90-degree-parts and rotate them differently ;)
