    Hey,

    Im creating a top bar like you see on Facebook but not to have anything in it. I think it just adds to the design.

    However it only streches 1000px. Any way of making it struck all the way across the page?

    #top { background: url(../images/bg.gif) repeat-x; margin:auto; }

    yes all the way across know matter what the page size is
