Well, the problem be in 2 restrictions:
The resolution of the display and 2 more styles.
One example, you have a radio button, male or female (example), if you are male the webpage turns blue, if you are female the webpage turns pink but in 768 + resolutions the web show a css @media screen, in 300 – 700 px resolutions show other css and 300 – resolutions show other.
The problem is if you are female, show 300pink.css or 700pink.css or 768pink.css depend of your resolution, or if you are male show 300blue.css or 700blue.css or 768blue.css
How are do that?
