    Hi there.

    I have been trying to find out where could find some learning information on how to make php websites with out mysql most of the are mysql and php tutorials

    I just have no need to hook up to database.

    Is there any where where can get some start off files so can figure out how php work?

    If you have no need for a database, then why does it matter?

    If, on the other hand, you are looking for tutorials for a specific task, and the tutorials you are finding all involve databases, then I would suggest that maybe you do need a database.

    Is there any where where can get some start off files so can figure out how php work?

    The official PHP website is a good place to start.

    If you need more specific answers, you should ask more specific questions.
