I’m trying to add some navigation elements to my wordpress portfolio.
I haven’t really got a clue with html and css but have been picking up bits and bobs and need some help.
I’ve got the navigation elements in a text widget but can’t get them to display right. I want all the text on one line and previous/next on the left hand side and main menu on the right hand side.
I would also like to add small arrows to the text with a single right arrow at the end of the main menu and a left and right arrow on each end of the previous and next.
This is the code I’ve got so far:
Screenshot here how it’s displaying

Can anybody help?
Really appreciate you helping and thanks for the info. I managed to figure it out how I wanted it to display with a bit of trial and error.
Should have explained it better I wanted direction triangles not arrows, at the ends of previous and next.
This is the code at the moment:
This is how I would like it with the direction arrows is it possible to add these to the current code?
virtual – No probs the code was from another site, sl1dr has kindly posted an example for me to use so I will that. In regard to the screen shot it was a mock up of the element on my site how I wanted it to look.
sl1dr – Really appreciate you don’t that mate, cheers :-) Will give it a go!
Cheers Both :-)
