I am currently customizing a theme with absolutely no responsive menu built outside of bootstrap. I would like to mimic the responsive menu found in bootstrap, but I am sadly still a novice with javascript.

I am familiar with how I would need to structure the html and css to accommodate for a standard mobile menu, I just need help with the javascript that gives the menu it’s on-click functionality.

worst case, if someone could at least point me to a tutorial of how to code this from scratch or at least tell me what part of bootstrap governs this (so I don’t have to download more than I need to), I would greatly appreciate it!
