    Hey everyone
I’m new to all of this so forgive my ignorance, but I’m here to learn.
So I got my theme and I set it up and it’s been going really well (Kappe theme from Themeforest) but I hit a small snag. I’ve been trying to stop the auto-cycle of the promo text that I can put on my slides, as it seems easier for me to just stop that than to have to write a whole new banner with the same properties as the already embedded promo text option in the theme. I will post a link to the CSS that I have been fiddling with but nothing seems to work. If anyone has any suggestions, they’d be much appreciated.
Thank you for your patience and have a good day!

I can remove it, but the way it’s made fits perfectly with the posts I have in mind. And yes, I do have it live – it is being changed a lot right now and there’s nothing in terms of content besides the test thing that i’m using – http://theashensun.com/works/plain-demons/ and the banner is up there at the top. Thank you for your time!

Yeah apparently this theme comes with BX sliders in it so I’m gonna try removing them
