Can AnythingSlider be made to crossfade?

Simple question really: is a crossfade transition with AnythingSlider possible?

I’ve hacked it up to do a few things that I needed done, which I’m happy to share once I’m finished. I’m considering doing a crossfade instead of a swing as the transition for a slideshow, and I’m wondering if it can be done with AS or if I have to switch to something like cycle to do the job.

Anyone have any tips?
