There’s this book:

but I don’t own it so I can’t properly endorse it.
Though the thing about buying a book on something like html5 or css3 as I see it, is that the specs for these things are incomplete and slowly changing month to month, so you’re basically paying for information that can become outdated fairly quickly. There are really solid resources on the internet for html5/css3 information and support (such as this site). And, not only are they near free, but easily and frequently updated to reflect changes.
