Briefly, what I want to do is that when a user want to post a comment he has to choose first in what type or what category the comment will be. It will be 2 categories, let’s say “Category 1” and “Category 2” displayed as checkboxes.

Here is a visual representation : image here Every new post will have different category names but there will remain 2 options on every post.

When the users will see the comments they should be able to filter the comments by the category names, if they will click on “Category 1” they will see just the comments from the “Category 1” and so on.

I’ve made some research through the WordPress Codex and the comments meta seems to help in my case.

Is this possible in WordPress ? If so, can someone give me some tips some ideas some plugins or everything you think it can help me to at least have an idea of how to build something like this ?

    Thank you!
