Align Radio buttons for various parts of human body image using css

Guys i am working on a site which have a articles filter based on the various of the body.

I need to align radio buttons to map the various parts of the body. I know it can be done using absolute position and left/right positions.

Is there any right or better way to map this out ? Anyone worked on kind of these thing ?
