I also much prefer books to websites and my favourite one for CSS is [AdvancED CSS](http://www.apress.com/9781430219323 “http://www.apress.com/9781430219323”) by Joe Lewis , Meitar Moscovitz, though you’ll probably want to have the basics down before you read it.
