I’m trying to find a ticket system that will allow me to track time per ticket. I’ve only got 3 employees that need to use the system.
I’ve been testing Zendesk but I don’t see a way to track time on tickets. I’m trying to validate the expansion of my department to my boss.
Zendesk talks about “advanced analytics.” I’d imagine that would include basics like time-on-ticket. Have you tried the demo yet?
Yes I have. I have to signup for Harvest for an additional fee and add their plugin to Zendesk. I was hoping for a company that has it natively built in.
Jira works fine for that, but I’m not sure if it’s worth investing time and money to install/configure/learn all of that if you have only 3 people using it.
