4 looks the best, especially colors.
could you try one just like it, only instead of combining the e and o, just make them that orange color? or make rightside white, and out orange? Just a thought.

Yeah, I agree with @cwork. While the combination is neat, it has a very negative impact on readability, which is a big no-no with branding.
