There’s probably an SEO expert around who could say a whole lot on this subject, but I don’t think you have anything to worry about.

Search Engines index billions of sites that have duplicate header/footer/non-content information. There has to be something in their algorithms that account for global content shared by multiple/all pages.

The thing that search engines are probably most concerned about with duplicate content is when one site directly copies content of value from an original source.
