just a couple notes: if you purchase coda, don’t also purchase transmit, as it is built into coda. Also, Mac OS X includes apache and php built-in, so you could simply install MySQL and have MAMP. Of course, many like the package installs over the defaults… Oh, and one more thing, Coda is currently on sale for $75 – a savings of $24
