haha amazing, posted for JUST over 24 hours, and that’s not good enough.

1) Try validating it

2) I have no idea if this would have any effect, but you shouldn’t need it anyways, remove the "text-align:left" from #container and "text-align:center" from body

3) I can’t particularly find anything on the centering issue, everything looks fine

4) IE6 doesn’t support min-height

I don’t have access to ie6 right now, as I’m at home, so that’s as far as I go.
