you need a patience for that. i started with vanilla – a couple of weeks ago and i am really comfortable with it. developed plugin for it and customised other plugins – post discussions if i meet any problem and post solutions to others problems. for me vanilla had a very steep learning curve.

or in community section there are whole bunch of solutions for problems
