James, with all due respect, you are going about finding work in completely the wrong way. Firstly you posted that you were looking for people with ideas to work with and now you are touting for business on a forum that is essentially here for people to get help with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP issues.

Your portfolio needs work doing on it, you’ve only written about your experiences rather than actually demonstrated any technical skills. Try putting actual examples of work you have done on the site.
