We’d need to see an example of one of these stylesheets…but 13 is redonkulous. The repetion must be off the charts.
Frankly, if all the user is doing a changing specific styles by using a style switcher it woud make more sense to just have one stylesheet with all the styles in and change one class on the <body> with a couple of lines of JS.
