Responsive so that it is perfectly view able on all screen resolutions..

Well i think you did what you wanted….. if not then tell us the problem!
view this website in 1024 X 768 px resolutions the layout gets distort
Your image slider is 1140px wide….that would be why.
Also, in the smallest media-query the top part looks weirdly, the spacing doesn’t line up.
@paulie fixed that still getting the bug
Learn responsive code, design for mobile first and scale up from there. Use CSS for image scaling and swap out images based on resolution to keep the file size down.
