I use this for the Webkit based browsers, when I want to have a transparent gradient: background: -webkit-linear-gradient(rgba(0,0,0,0.1),#fff) Ok, What to do for the IE?

That will just make a simple gradient. I want to have a gradient with transparent colors. You can see my comment below that post!
It looks it’s not possible to have a transparent gradient in IE… is it?
I don’t think so. The #886287a7 color code is an ARGB color format: http://beijingyoung.com/articles/rgba-argb-converter/
