If you mean that you’re not receiving the messages sent through the form, then that’s probably not an issue with Contact Form 7, but with either your WordPress configuration or server configuration.
Are you using the built-in mail server? An external SMTP server?
You may want to try the Configure SMTP plugin to see if there are any issues with mail service.
Did it throw a fatal error while inside the dashboard?
I just did an upgrade to the newest version and had that happen to a site. I did some poking around and it’s not the first time Contact Form 7 has had that happen. Seems like the front end works fine but any attempt to log into the dashboard results in a fatal error until you remove the entire plugin from the /plugins/ directory.
