I’m wondering if there’s any way for a single slider implementation to not only slide left to right, but up and down too? So what I’d like ideally is the user would go to slide2 then on that slide itself there are links which slide the slide either up, or down. I’ve tried thinking how this could be done to no avail, but maybe you jquery experts out there might know of a way?!

ok no reply, im guessing not possible? anyway an alternative, if it were possible: can you embed one jquery slider within another? i know using anything slider this wouldnt be a vertical slide but it might suffice.

ok, thanks mottie. one other question that’s been preying on my mind; if the slider has say 10 images all around 50k in size make for a slow page load? (Given the page that the slider sits already will have other images etc on it)
