    To whom it may concern…

Lately I’ve been getting a page from the provider telling me I’m firewalled and temporarily blocked whenever I try to post code. Thought I’d let this know. Regular text is fine. I think I actually get completely banned for a little while too as the site seems unreachable afterwards.

Thanks in advance for any trouble looking into it.

P.S. for some reason even trying to post this makes the site unapproachable for me now. I don’t see the firewall page though. Seems very coincidental that it would be regular downtime from my specific location (check says the site is up). It has happened multiple times already, very odd. Makes the forum quite unusable for me. I have to wait for the apparent ban to be lifted so I can try to submit this post.

    Indeed…code or not I usually can’t post.

Same here. It can take several attempts … not this time though ;)

I’d like to confirm that I’ve been experiencing this too, although I thought it was related to the new WiFi and filtering system that is currently being fitted in our building, and so didn’t query it before now.

I’ve been copying my replies into a text file for safekeeping before I submit, then if I get a white “server stopped responding” page after submission, I go away and try again later. It can take an hour or so before CSS Tricks loads again for me.

Thanks for the replies and announcement to investigate. Guess I’m not the only one…

Seems to be better since this morning (UK time).

Chris must have added more hamsters…
