I try to debug my new WordPress website with chrome developer.
My site is RTL so I use rtl.css which is an RTL version of style.css
I have a few questions:
1. Why does chrome developer shows in the style column both the style.css rules(though they are mostly disabled) in addition to the relevant rtl.css rules?
2. As I said the style.css are mostly disabled but some of them are enabled and spoil the stylesheet. Why is that so?
3. What are the styles that are called “User agent stylesheet”?
4. Why are there rule sets and sometimes rules that appear as light color, are they active?
