thank u for your reply but i know how hover works. Its just that i cant make it to work man. Other people css html is like rocket science to me somtimes
Set up a CodePen and show us what you’ve tried so we can help.
This is the responsive.css file http://codepen.io/anon/pen/mypGEy
and this is the normal css file

my problem is that if i change the color of hover function on my css file it does so for all of my menu. And i dont see anywhere in the responsive file where i can change it
Please go to my site and resize the browser in half

Please set up a reduced test case on CodePen – so just the HTML and CSS for your menu. I bet if you do it this way you’ll find the issue.
That said, I don’t know why you have a “normal” and “responsive” CSS file as it’s not a good practice.
In looking at what you’ve got, you’re dealing with over-complicated markup and CSS. So if you simplify it down to just your menu, I bet you can find the problem.
Thanks i already resolved it. And u r right my friend it is overcompicated its no more css its puzzeling. i dont even have an html file a have more then 10 php files wich makes it even more of an headache.
