The question is WAAAY to broad.
Perhaps you would like to break it down into a specific question or two.
Firstly when I try opening the home page in android chrome browser, I am not able to see the menu bar. Why is this? How to fix this problem?

Wait…I thought you were having problems with IE!?
In the future, test your website on all browsers WHILE developing. Not after the website is finished.
@Paulie_D: Thats my bad. Let me ask something relevant.
How to decide on the prefix in my css code? I want to know for which all parameters do I need prefix to make the css work fine in IE.
Thanks.
@elkrocke:
Thanks for your advise. I agree and my website is not yet publicized though it is published.
Hope to get some reply for my queries.
Thanks.
Prefix?
What do you mean by prefix…are you referring to vendor prefixes for certain CSS3 properties or conditional stylesheets for just IE.
I wish you could just tell us specifically, what…
website is not as expected
means.
Are the margins off? Do you not get certain CSS coming through?
