I want to build a website like amazon but with just one niche.
I need to know where to start, and I need your help. What I want the website to have.
**-Registrations**
[Seller] Seller would need to register before being able to sell the niche. Seller would have to provide home address, a phone number and register it, have a verified PayPal account, and have proof that the niche is 100% authentic through a receipt. [Buyer] Buyer would have to register to be able to buy the niche.
** -Reputation System** The reputation system would play a huge role on this website niche. Buyers would have more trust when buying the niche because they would know that the buy has never sold something bad.
A Money System A system where the website would charge the seller a 2-5% fee for being selling the niche.
System Plans Three different plans with two being optional. (ONLY FOR THE SELLER) Plan One (Simple Seller) 5% Fee per sale 5 Sales Per Month
Plan Two (Serious Seller) 3% Fee Per Sale 25 Sales Per Month Receives a Serious Seller Sign
Plan Three (Trusted Seller) 2% Fee Per Sale Infinite Sales receives the sign “trusted seller” Must have sold a specific number to apply
A forum. If possible. A bidding system if possible.
What programs or software is needed to do all of these.
Can you guys give me some links (not video links) to read on everything and anything I need to know on what I want to do.
