Redesigned my own portfolio site to be be mobile-first, responsive, and lightweight. It is a fluid layout using percentages with two media query breakpoints at 38em and 56em. The idea being to make the design more forward compatible for mobile devices we have yet to see.
I would appreciate your feedback on the site design as well as the code.

A quick thing though, perhaps you should add a faded-out left-arrow on the first project, as for me it kind of looks like a ‘play’ button before you realize that it is navigation!! :)

Good point about the navigation arrow. I have added arrows to the first and last detail pages. I tried a lighter grey, but I think I like them the same color.
