WordPress “Step by Step”-plugin

  • # January 7, 2011 at 5:31 am

    Hello!

I’ve had no lucky searching the internet for a plugin that allows me to put a “step by step”-support guide into WordPress. What I mean by “step by step”, is that when a person visits the website looking for help, he/she would go to a page where the person would get two options. When he selects one, another two options will pop-up and so on. This will lead to an answer of his problem.

Does anybody know some kind of plugin which would make this possible? I’m not forced to go with WordPress, so if you know a plugin for some other CMS, that would also be great.

    Thanks in advance,
    Kralle

Like a support site live flow chart style thing?

I believe it’s something like that. Since I’m not English, I couldn’t find a word for it, but that sounds pretty good. Do you have something in mind?

    Thanks.

    EDIT:
But I’m not supposed all the steps, only two etc, so it’s very userfriendly to the visitor.

It kind of sounds to me like we’re talking about page-sized information here, right? Wouldn’t you just do this through pages that just link to the next appropriate page and make pretty graphics to support the linking?
