Website background not aligning when site is opened on iPhone

Hi All, I’m having a few issues getting a site that I’m working on to display correctly on iPhone. It displays ok on Android but when opened on an iPhone the background aligns extreme left.

I’m finding it hard to diagnose the issue as when I use the inspector at a responsive site the site appears ok, thus I have no idea what part of the code needs looking at.

Does anyone know of a code inspector for iPhone or how to fix this issue?

You can use Web Inspector in iOS Safari, but as far as I know you have to plug it into OSX.
