Similar Hyperlinks end up with differnet pages

Te Url of my site is http://www.triplebit.com/onecommunity/
After localization to Hebrew I get some problem:
Some of the menu items(like חברים, קבוצות) link to different pages than their corresponding header box items(they contain simlar hyperlinks like קבוצות, חברים).
Can someohe help please?

…correct the hyperlinks? I’m not sure what your question is, here. Yes, if the URLs are different, they will link to different pages. “Similar” does not mean “the same.”

I don’t read Hebrew, but the two examples you cited look like the same words, but in a different order, correct? What happened — did you do the localization yourself, hire a developer to do it, use an automated plugin…?
