I’m starting some reviews on my website and wanted to to give a detailed rating to sum everything up at the end of the review, this concept is the look I’m going for:

Now I’m ok with styling all of this, the question I ask is how can I throw it in at the bottom of the review, nice and easy in the backend of WordPress?
Would Custom Fields be the best way to go about this? Any WordPress experts out there that can lend a hand?
Thanks in advance
