jquery is loaded after the plugin is loaded, which destroys the original jQuery objects. You also load 2 copies of jquery.
Also the link to the prettyPhoto js is not valid (Loads a 404). Try an absolute path, or use the ‘theme_url’ constant in WordPress.
Thanks @clokey2k. I rearranged it correctly and used google’s jquery api. Simple mistake.
