    I try to create an application, I would use AJAX, which allows manipulating images locally to avoid loading these into my server.

    The tool should fit a predefined dimensions viewport moving the image to adjust the desired portion. It also requires the use of a zoom.

    PicFrame (MacOSX app) does exactly what I need.
