IE 6,7 issues on first major freelance gig

  • # February 15, 2010 at 10:33 am

I’m working on a site with Athletes’ Performance ,the gym I work out at, and they have asked me to (read as hired me cheaply to) rework their education sub-site, this is really my first freelance design with a larger company. Their media/marketing department is requiring me to have the site work with IE 6,7 , no big deal. The real problem I’m having is the nav menus on the home page, they don’t want to align horizontally, both in the header and footer, I’ve tried a lot of different fixes I’ve read about and just can’t seem to get them to work right. Additionally there are 6 content boxes on the home page that align differently and who’s height vary slightly on IE 6,7 when the should be constant, I have no idea whats going on there. Here is the http://danandstephgetmarried.com/thewedding/Test Site I’m using to design the project. Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks.
