Header is cut off with mobile devices

  • # November 19, 2010 at 9:56 pm

My header has a background image that seems to work fine across Safari, Chrome and Firefox, but for some reason the header is ‘cut off’ to the right when viewed on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch etc…

My header is set to 100% width, and the background image is 249×56 (repeated-x/y). I cannot figure out why it cuts the right side off?

    PLEASE HELP!

    Cheers,
    David

Looks like it was just the max width being met in the device…

The max width problem is met on 1024×768 monitors too.
