I’m using jQuery and easyslider 1.5 on my company’s home page http://www.gaudiodistributing.com to rotate between news and event items. Everything works beautifully except for one small but annoying issue in IE8: if you happen to be moving over an anchor link on the page, even one within the slider itself, it seems to trigger an effect that causes a ghost link "READ MORE" to appear off to the side of the slider content. I’m guessing its from one of the currently hidden items.
I have seen that there is a newer version of easyslider (1.7) available but when I load the author’s examples in IE8, I’m seeing even more issues than the current version. Thanks in advance for anyone’s help.
