Connecting with Coda

  • # September 15, 2011 at 10:58 am

Does anyone use Coda and connect with the Remote Root option?
I am looking to be connected to the particular theme folder so that I dont have to drill down everytime I connect to get started.

This is what I have so far.
    /www/groveparkliving/wp-content/themes/GroveParkWP

It gives me this error “Could not change directory to “/www/groveparkliving/wp-content/themes/GroveParkWP”.The specified path is not a folder.”

    Thanks

Try adding a trailing slash / on the end.

I have this set up for nearly all of my projects and don’t get the error! Other than that, perhaps your path does not start with /www

That is not working. How exactly do you have yours written?

I’ll let you know when I get home, though remember that each host might have a different setup.

    Some examples that I have:

    /public_html/dev/
    domain-name.com/html/wp-content/themes/
    Web/dev/wp-content/themes/
