    Hey,
    I want to use conditional styling on my table columns so that all those columns have that styling except those having a text box inside them.
    And also I want to use a general styling rule rather than creating a class and using the class on all those particular td columns…………… as I have numerous rows and many columns in my table…!
    So, if there is a way in which I can use that styling, then please help!!!!

    CSS can’t detect content…you’d need javascript for that.

    @bearhead

    Yeah…but that’s styling the p not the td which is what is required.

    At least we think so since the OP hasn’t stated what the styling should be.

    Since there is no parent selector…this is, in the absence of any additional information, something that requires JS to resolve.
