A lot of fun details here. Try hovering the button (it's got a quirky jump-to-attention and text-marquee bezier easing). The particles make it feel particularly of-the-web. The text selection blurs the text (weird, but it's so little text it doesn't feel like a UX fail). The menu has middle-out underline expansion, that feels sluggish in a good way, like the particle movement.
